Where is the Event?

Every year CiderFest is hosted by Puddicombe Estate. Our 200 acre property is the perfect outdoor setting.

Located at 1468 Hwy #8 in Winona.

  • Where is the Festival held?

  • When is Cider Fest? What are the hours of operation?

    The Festival will take place on June 23 & 24, 2017.  Hours of operation are June 23: from 5:30 pm - 10:30 pm & June 24: from 3:30 pm - 10:30 pm. Gates close at 9pm on both dates - no admission into the festival past 9pm.

  • What happens to the Festival if it rains?

    The Festival takes place rain or shine…so come prepared!

  • How long has the Festival been operating? What company is responsible for the Festival?

    The Festival is in its 5th year of operation. It is owned and operated by the Puddicombe Family.

  • Who determines which brands can exhibit at the Festival?

    Exhibitors are selected on a case-by-case basis.

  • Who sponsors the Festival?

  • What is included with my ticket?

  • If advance tickets sell-out, will tickets be available at the gate?

    Should tickets sell out online prior to the Festival, it will be at Festival management's discretion to offer tickets at the gate. Be sure to get yours online in advance.

  • Are there discount tickets for groups, organizations or designated drivers?

    Discounts are available through promotional offers throughout the year and can be found on either our Facebook Page, Twitter or monthly e-blasts.

  • What do I need to bring with me?

    To make the most of your experience you should consider bringing the following items;

     • Water (store bought, unopened and under 1L)

     • Sunblock

     • Sunglasses

     • Hat

     • Comfortable shoes

     • Camera

     • Small to midsized lawn chair

     • Cash

     • An appetite

     • Valid photo ID

     • Your ticket!

     • Raincoat (check the weather before you leave home)

  • What can’t I bring with me?

     • No pets

     • No children under the age of 12

     • No opened water

     • No food

     • No coolers

     • No large video cameras

     • No cameras other than for personal use

  • Is the Festival wheelchair-accessible?

    We make every effort to ensure all aspects of the Festival are accessible to everyone. We provide portable toilets for patron use at various locations throughout the Festival, including a large, ramp-accessible, wide-door portable bathroom.

  • How do I volunteer at the Festival?

    Festival Management does not have volunteer positions available at this time.

  • Is there a lost and found?

    Yes, the lost and found is located at the front gate on Festival grounds. After the Festival lost items are relocated to storage, so please contact info@puddicombefarms.com with your contact information and a detailed description of the missing item.

  • Can I buy souvenirs or collectibles?

    Cider Fest merchandise is only available onsite at the Festival.

  • What is considered valid ID?

    Your ID must be one of the acceptable forms of age identification, as set by the Province of Ontario through the AGCO. Health cards are not considered valid ID. The following are accepted forms of ID;

     

     • Ontario driver’s license with a photo

     • Canadian passport with a photo

     • Canadian citizenship card with a photo

     • Canadian armed forces card with a photo

     • Liquor Control Board of Ontario BYID photo card

     

    If you are coming from outside of Ontario and/or Canada, a valid driver’s license or passport stating that you are over the age of majority in Ontario (19+) will be required.

  • I want to become a Vendor at CiderFest. Who do I contact?

    Every year CiderFest opens it's doors to returning as well as new Cider, Wine, Spirit, Beer and Food vendors. Participating as a vendor at CiderFest is a very effective way to reach thousands of our guest's and consumers while increasing your brand awareness. Please contact Event Management at (905) 643-1015 to find out how to be apart of this years CiderFest. CiderFest also offer's a number of ways to increase your brand presence throughout the event.

  • I am interested in being on the CiderFest Concert line-up. Who do I contact?

    Every year Event Management looks for "up and coming" local talent to fill part of the CiderFest concert bill for years to follow. We encourage more established bands to contact us and submit a proposal for the chance to perform on the same stage as CCMA artists like George Canyon, Doc Walker, High Valley, Jason Blaine, Deric Ruttan, Dallas Smith, Chad Brownlee, Autumn Hill, Tebey,  and more! This year's event is fully booked - contact us for future festivals!
